I’m a children’s book author/illustrator, cartoonist, character designer, director, and animation creative with 30+ years of experience bringing characters and stories to life across publishing, television, and licensed products.

I’ve illustrated 11 popular and award-winning children’s books and authored/illustrated three more. My titles include Linty: A Pocketful of Adventure, Poopy, Germy and Stinky Science, and three books in Ashley Spires’ Agent Binky series.

In animation, I’ve held senior creative and leadership roles on Emmy Award-winning and internationally successful productions such as The Backyardigans and Mike the Knight and I’ve created two original series of award winning animated shorts.

Along the way, I’ve also written and illustrated greeting cards that have sold hundreds of thousands of copies worldwide.

I’m currently developing new kids’ book ideas and I’m always happy to chat about illustration, writing, animation and creative consulting opportunities.
